Unlike many brokerage firms, Bean Group provides Showcase Listings on all company listings – but does not pass on the cost to our agents. This allows our agents to showcase their listings with multiple photos, property descriptions, neighborhood information, virtual tours and more.
According to the 2008 National Association of REALTORS Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, photos and information about properties for sale were the two features ranked as very useful by more than 80 percent of buyers in the home search.
