Bean Group is the largest independent real estate brokerage in New Hampshire. The company has grown to eight offices and more than 175 agents since inception in late 2003. Our REALTORS serve clients in New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont. Bean Group currently has offices in Portsmouth, Bedford, Derry, Franklin, Meredith, Nashua, and Wolfeboro, NH and Woodstock, VT.
Our immediate plans are to open additional offices in New Hampshire as well as expansion into Massachusetts. Our rapid growth necessitates a new position at Bean Group – we are currently seeking a full-time New Agent Coordinator based out of our Portsmouth, NH office.
The New Agent Coordinator will be responsible for setting up new and transfer real estate licensees company wide. The successful candidate will review and process their paperwork, assist our technical and administrative team, act as a liaison, and provide status updates. Essential Job Duties:
- New & transfer real estate agent sign-up and orientation.
- Process and forward forms to correct parties and agencies.
- Set-up email and phone extensions.
- Assist with set-up of agent websites.
- Set-up, proofing, and procurement of signs and business cards.
- Write, post, and distribute press release.
- Set-up agent with various social networking accounts.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must be detail oriented with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work independently with little to no supervision. This individual must have strong organizational skills and a desire to grow. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is highly desired.
- Proficient with computers and email.
- General understanding of web development.
- Basic understanding of real estate sales is preferred.
